Detecting issues from temperature surfaces! Improving the accuracy of equipment diagnostics by using thermography diagnosis.
In the diagnosis of rotating machinery, measurements are taken for the "entire motor," "bearing section," and "pump bearing section." The measurement methods include "vibration diagnosis" and "thermography diagnosis," each of which has its strengths and weaknesses depending on the diagnostic area. "Vibration diagnosis" is particularly effective for diagnosing issues such as bearing problems, misalignment, and unbalance, while "thermography diagnosis" detects abnormalities from a temperature perspective and is adept at diagnosing the winding section of the stator and terminal areas, as well as lubrication conditions.
